Welcome to the new LKVape RMA application form. We updated the form to ensure a simple & brief experience, with added features like multiple products in a single form and improved flow.

🔧 ⚠️ Please note that you will need to hold on to your items until you receive your credit note. We might need more information on your products in order to produce a credit to your account.
🔧 Note that this submission form is only applicable to hardware RMAs. E-liquid and pods are not accepted via this form and customer service must be contacted directly if you wish to initiate a return for either pods or e-liquid bottles.
